Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on WinTips, both for platform subscription fees and tipster subscription payments.
2. Platform Subscription Refunds
For tipsters who subscribe to our platform services:
- Platform subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun
- If you cancel your platform subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Technical issues that result in complete platform unavailability for more than 48 hours may qualify for a pro-rated refund
- Refund requests due to technical issues must be submitted within 5 business days of the incident
3. Tipster Subscription Refunds
For subscribers to individual tipster content:
- 48-Hour Cooling Period: Subscribers may request a full refund within 48 hours of their initial subscription if they haven't accessed any premium content
- No Content Posted: If a tipster fails to post any content for 7 consecutive days:
- Subscribers may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription period
- The subscription will be automatically canceled
- Account Termination: If a tipster's account is terminated for violation of our terms:
- Subscribers will receive an automatic pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription period
- All active subscriptions will be canceled
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with tipster predictions or analysis accuracy
- Claims of financial losses from following tipster advice
- Temporary platform maintenance or scheduled downtime
- Cancellation of subscription after the 48-hour cooling period
- Violation of our terms of service or community guidelines
- Irregular posting patterns by tipsters (unless completely inactive for 7+ days)
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a refund request through our support system at support@wintips.io
- Include your account details and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or evidence if applicable
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for review and processing
6. Payment Processing
Approved refunds will be processed:
- Through the original payment method used for the purchase
- Within 5-10 business days after approval
- In the original currency of the transaction
7. Platform Rights
WinTips reserves the right to:
- Review each refund request on a case-by-case basis
- Modify this refund policy at any time with notice to users
- Make final decisions on all refund requests
- Take appropriate action against fraudulent refund requests
8. Disputes
For any disputes regarding refunds:
- Contact our support team first to resolve the issue
- Provide all relevant documentation to support your case
- Allow up to 14 business days for dispute resolution
